star priority overflows at 1024 and resets back to 0.

It can underflow from 0 to 1023 if a kudosu that was given before the change (and didn't give +1 star priority) is denied.
Isn't cool enough to have a signature.

I'd need to see an example of this happening to assess how it got to that state. No one said it wasn't relevant.

t/87457 this was before, until it wrapped back around to +1 from the reset kudos bug

yes! it's on the last page of wip forum (page 95)

has -4 priority internally, is sorted to match, but number displays +1020...
