Taiko Drum Colour Flashes

Like in the original games, when you hit the Taiko drum you see a colored flash depending on what you hit (red or blue)

Nothing too much just a little graphical tweak for the Taiko mode.

Although this light is already reserved to the kiai time, and even tho it might look pretty, I don't agree with it, as it would get in the way and be a good bit annoying on more intense maps.

The ranking guidelines says

Kiai time

Only use the kiai time in the chorus of a song. Do not use short kiai "flashes".
and that is written for a very valid reason, as it can get annoying. Perhaps as a toggle or an availability as a skin element (I'm in favour of this), but by default, no.

If we were aiming for 100% authenticity for osu!Taiko, then yeah, this would be a cool request. But osu!Taiko is not Taiko no Tatsujin.

I tried reskinning the drum inner and outer pngs in order to simulate such a request, but the way osu! flips the inner and outer pngs prevents that from being an option.
