So I have been playing for about a month... got the hang of it big time ( Though the wheel is a pain >_> )

but if you're looking for people at your level, go to online users > filter by rank, and scroll all the way down, and pm everyone there for a duel.

or just look at their performance points and see if it matches yours xD

you're still pretty new, not many people around your skill/level read the forums, i suggest playing more untill you are like lvl 60+ and then try again, it will be a lot easier to find people around your skill.
