First you'd have to find a proxy IP address, like these:

http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-country-US.htm

There are both free ones and ones you have to pay for. Just look for some free ones you can use.

You'd then go into your Internet settings on your 3DS. There are options like changing your IP Address and DNS settings. There should be one that says "Proxy" or something like that. Go into that one and enter in the IP of the proxy you're using. That should then trick servers into thinking you have an American IP.

Did some search about Proxy, SSID and all but doesn't work. The 3ds keeps getting error notes about connection. I'm lack of internet settings knowledge

And it would be nice that kartparties would start earlier down there in America, like last time when you had a kartparty it was 06:00 am here.

It's still troublesome for other people though regardless of when it's held (and I don't do mornings AKA 6 AM - 11:59 AM CDT [GMT -6])... I guess... all I can say is to look forward to a kartparty during Saturday/Sunday. If enough people is on at any particular time and aren't busy, we'll have one.

:-/ you are around 6 before me. I have no problems to play at 1 ~ 2 a.m. that means you should start 7 ~ 8 p.m. (earlier would be sweet)
I am not sure how many hours we are really ahead of each other but that should work i guess.
