Go on, talk about the circumstances/adventures of your encounters with people you met on osu!. The only story I've got is when I went to Wai-Con 2011 with a friend and met up with peppy. We had a chat and I touched his iPad. I feel really silly now about being so nervous and possibly intimidated at the time. Sorry for being a creep, peppy.

Also, I'd prefer if we didn't talk about which people we dragged into this game ourselves from real life, but feel free to affix it to your post if you're already describing an encounter; I just don't want this thread to be focused on that.

This will just be first encounters, because a few osu! folks (C-Dub particularly) I've met several times.

First met Dakeyrus and lilychibi when they were passing through the town I lived in. It was slightly awkward going to the bus station looking for complete strangers, but once we had identified one another things got less weird.

Met Cheesewarlock at a Sigh/Unexpect concert in Toronto.

I don't think I'd met any other osu! folks until osu!con/Metal Beer Solid, where I met foulcoon, SFG, and bob? I think it was bob. Not sure.

#broweekend2011 is where I met Remdawg and Mogsykins.

#broweekend2012 is where I should be meeting LH, ztrot, mm and peppy, should they be so inclined to attend.

Oh, and if I remember to attend Anime North, I'll be meeting up with Haneii and a few others. That will be where I meet MM first, if I go
