in fact, this is following the music, not drums or lyric. this rhyme is easy to read/play imo

  1. 00:15:846 (1) - I don't recommend placing a circle on center of spinner like this since it will be stacked with the spinner hitburst. It can quite confusing for beginer.
  2. 00:44:367 (2) - Switching into red tick like this is bad, since in previous note you always place note on white tick. Me too surprise when passing this section since i thought the slider will be on 00:44:156-. I suggest you make the rythim like this since it's easier to play and more readable > http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/331776 ( Don't follow the pattern, i didn't fix the pattern and the spacing)

Stacking is really bad in easiest diff. And putting note in the middle of spinner is same with stacking.

For that switch to red tick suggestion, i higly suggest it, since it can be more readable. This is easy diff, don't put unnecesary challange to the player. It maybe boring to you, but not for the beginner that learning to play this game.

Oh yes, about that spinner. I think you really should follow normal example. The distance with next note is really close. Just 1/1, and normal have larger distance.
And that short spinner is too quick for beginner.

If you leave it just like that, sorry i can't approve the easiest diff then. ;_;
