We have a shitload of bubbled maps though.

BATs and users in general do need to be shit hot on ranking and popping bubbles. From time to time, I'll ask a MAT to look at/bubble something, only to be told that they could be told off for adding yet another bubble to the pile. There is nothing wrong with that. It's what MATs do. Obviously, thoughtless bubbles are a bad thing, but that's what BATs are there for. It would be nice if more bubbles could be looked at or if more BATs could be appointed.

Also, it is quite a shame that the only way to get a MAT or BAT's attention is by knowing them personally. I don't see anything wrong with that, because it's only sensible that a mapper would give people an incentive to check out their crap. However, it obviously says a lot when the only way to stand out is by forging direct connections with those in power.

I try to do my job when I can and how I can. It's not possible to go around modding every map, so I try to choose only some maps and mod them when possible. My queue is always full so I can't do much about it.

I don't ignore messages, I just tell mappers that I REALLY can't mod and it's because RL is pissing me off (as you can tell from my kd story) so uh. I don't even have time to mod the maps in my queue so it's always full.

Most of the MAT/BATs have queues and they spend their free time modding maps, it doesn't matter if it's a famous mapper or not. If it's true that somebody is being completely biased, which I really doubt, then send a PM to the BAT/MAT manager and they will talk to said member. Guys, complaining here because your map is not bubbled/ranked yet won't get you anywhere...

About the activity, you have to understand that during December, most the BAT/MATs were on holidays thus more maps were ranked/bubbled. It's February and many MAT/BATs are having examination periods and RL problems, try to understand please.

Not 100% of the time, some people may be busy studying for exams, others may have fallen sick, gotten in an accident (like when i got injured), among other things, it differs from user to user depending on their timezone and schedule.
