Geh mal bei deiner Osu Verknüpfung -> Rechts Click -> Eigenschaften -> Kompatibilität - und dann unten ein Häckchen machen bei "Als Administrator ausführen". Wenn du dann das Spiel startest sollte eine Meldung kommen wo du dann "Zulassen" nehmen musst. Vielleicht hilft das
